The Oklahoma City Thunder will be without elite point guard Russell Westbrook indefinitely as he needs surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee. Westbrook played in 2 games (both starts) against the Rockets and he averaged 34.0 minutes, 24.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 3.0 steals per game. This is a huge blow for the Thunder as Westbrook is clearly the second best player on the team. Kevin Durant will likely have to start being more selfish offensively with Westbrook out of action. Reggie Jackson and Derek Fisher will have to step up at the point with Westbrook likely done for the season. Jackson has played in 2 games (0 starts) against the Rockets so far and he is averaging 21.0 minutes, 7.5 points, 3.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. Fisher has played in 2 games (0 starts) in the playoffs so far and he is averaging 9.0 minutes, 4.5 points and 0.5 assists per game.
